What are community charges and how are they calculated?

Community fees are paid by all owners and cover all items outside your own four walls, such as general maintenance of (and repairs to) the estate, maintenance of communal swimming pools or other shared services, lighting and water for the estate, and 24 hour security. Your share of these charges is calculated according to your percentage share in the urbanisation and are generally charged every 6 months.
